Damn... another failure... and now I can't even make anymore Fusion attempts until Trodragron and his team are done repairing the lab.... we were so close too... so close to finishing the f*sion... Stage 2 of project domination... a pokemon that can... not only read data from any computer and enter and exit facilities without being noticed... but could also extract secrets from peoples minds.... or even erase there memories... that Oobemu dna was so hard to come by too... 1010001001001100... *shakes head* Oh, I must be very tired... minds playing tricks on me... but... considering the explosion... thats not to surprising... I probably should fill out the incident... *sigh* I'm really not looking f@rward to it... Its amazing, we had thought Robegon was lost to us in the explosion, but it turns out it had an ability we had never expected, in an attempt to protect itself during its final stages of development after it somehow calculated that our numbers were off, it imbeded itself into my mind and sat dorment.

Not only that, but it was somehow able to transfer my thoughts directly to my system and, with very few errors mind you, translate my thoughts into a text document which I have provided above, its simply amazing.But I digress, on to my notes on Project Domination's Second Stage, Data collection and espianoge.

The original idea I had for this Fusemon was a fusion of Magnazone, Spoink, and Haunter, but upon learning of the abilities of the more recently discovered Psychic Type currently known as Oobemu, I scraped the orginal design for this more advanced one. It is part 2 of my ultimate project to make it so whatever goverment owns my creations will have complete control over the flow of information and knowlage.

Robegon, as we have named it, has the unique abilities of Porygon-Z to interact with data-stream, accessing and altering it. With the Oobemu's DNA, it can do the exact same thing with the minds of both people and pokemon! Combining that with the ability to enter and travel through electrical lines and electronics, as well as traveling through solid matter, and there is no information that Robegon will not be able to obtain! It also gained the unique ability of not only hiding with in computers, but also into the minds and bodies of living beings!

And though it was not primarily designed for combat, its ability makes it quiet adaptable for one. Its ability seems to combine analyze, download, and the Power or Guard Swap moves, taking its oppenets greatist strength and swapping it out for Robegons lowest attribute, making him a far more powerful threat, and since Robegons worst stat is usualy its speed, Robegon's sudden burst of speed usualy catchs most off guard.

If the goverment officials liked Chimeskull, they will go nuts for Robegon!
